Job description

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on IT Support professional to join our team. This role focuses on providing general technical support and troubleshooting user issues while supporting key internal systems and tools. Key Responsibilities: • Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot user issues • Manage and maintain SharePoint (create sites, organize and consolidate information) • Administer RingCentral VOIP system • Support VMS configuration and updates • Work with ATS / Sense for automation logic building and workflow optimization What We're Looking For: • Basic IT troubleshooting experience • Familiarity with business systems and user support • Experience with any of the above tools is a strong plus • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindset If you enjoy solving problems, improving systems, and supporting users in a fast-moving environment, we'd love to hear from you.
