We're seeking a motivated Remote Client Care Specialist to provide professional support and assist clients through a structured, team-supported workflow. In this fully remote role, you'll help coordinate client requests, manage communication, and ensure a smooth and organized experience throughout the process. Key Responsibilities • Support clients with booking flights, hotels, cruises, and tailored holiday packages. • Respond to client inquiries with timely and accurate communication • Research destinations, offers, and travel options to suit each clients needs and budget. • Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, updates, and follow-ups as needed. • Maintain organized records and documentation of client interactions • Assist with workflow coordination to help ensure a seamless client experience.
