What You´ll Do:
•
Handle incoming calls from boutiques and shops, providing prompt solutions to customer inquiries.
•
Log call details in our management systems and ensure responses meet SLA requirements.
•
Maintain expert knowledge of our products and applications to provide accurate guidance.
•
Ensure all contractual service level agreements are consistently met.
What We´re Looking For:
•
Is proficient or bilingual in Hebrew and has an advanced level of English .
•
Puts the customer first and has exceptional customer-care skills .
•
Can effectively qualify customer needs to provide comprehensive support.
