💼 Job Title: Customer Support Representative Czech + English 📍 Location: Remote in Greece 🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:0019:00 (40 hours/week) 💶 Salary: 1,300 gross/month x 14 salaries 🌟 About the Role Are you fluent in Czech and English and passionate about helping others? Join a leading international company as a Customer Support Representative and play a key role in delivering exceptional service. Youll assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and account support via multiple communication channels.. 🎯 Key Responsibilities • Provide support to customers in Czech and English via phone, chat, and email • Resolve technical, billing, and product-related issues efficiently • Ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction • Accurately document case details and escalate when needed • Maintain professionalism and empathy at all times Requirements • Native or fluent Czech (C2) and English (C1) skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Detail-oriented and customer-focused • Computer-literate and adaptable to new tools/systems • Prior experience in customer support is a plus 🎁 Benefits • 14 salaries/year : 12 monthly + 1 Easter + 1 split (Summer & Christmas) • 1,300 gross/month salary • Private Health & Life Insurance • Performance bonus (subject to project-specific details) • 25 days of annual paid leave • 50/month meal voucher ticket • Permanent contract with a stable MondayFriday schedule (no weekends) ️ Relocation Information • For candidates already based in Greece (without remote eligibility): No standard relocation package offered The client may review assistance options case-by-case • For international candidates relocating to Greece : • Must arrive in Athens 7 days before the start date for hiring documentation • On-site work required for at least 3 months , unless the candidate already has a residence in Greece with a verified internet connection • 3 weeks of hotel accommodation near the office provided • Up to 300 relocation support (paid with first salary) • Legal support for hiring documentation (candidates are responsible for gathering required docs) Ready to start your next chapter in Athens and support customers worldwide?
