Looking for a remote opportunity in Portugal? We are hiring Italian Customer Service Advisors to join a leading international company specializing in customer experience and business process outsourcing. This is a fully remote position within mainland Portugal , offering the opportunity to work from home while supporting Italian-speaking customers in a dynamic and multicultural environment. Location: Remote – Mainland Portugal Start date: ASAP As a Customer Service Advisor, you will support customers by handling administrative requests, answering inquiries and providing high-quality assistance. Your goal will be to deliver a smooth, professional and customer-focused experience.
