What Were Looking For: • Language Proficiency : Spanish fluency (C1) and strong English communication skills. • Critical Thinking : Solid reasoning and analytical abilities to navigate complex issues. • Education : College education or equivalent experience (military background accepted). • Experience : Up to 1 year in a BPO or related service environment is a plus. • Cultural Awareness : Strong understanding of regional and cultural nuances to support effective policy implementation.
