Were hiring German-speaking Support Specialists to assist Uber drivers and riders across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Work remotely from anywhere in Turkey and be part of a global success story! What Youll Do Support Uber drivers and riders via inbound calls. Resolve issues using provided procedures and knowledge base articles, or escalate when necessary. Handle inquiries such as: o Payment and account-related questions. o Route or fare reviews. o Feedback or complaints about drivers/riders. o Lost & found cases (helping passengers and drivers reconnect).
