Start Date: 29 August 2025 Location: Athens, Greece (Remote) Responsibilities: • Provide professional customer support in Czech and English for booking-related inquiries. • Resolve issues efficiently and accurately via phone, email, or chat. • Guide customers through booking processes, modifications, and cancellations. • Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering exceptional service. Requirements: • Fluency in Czech and English (spoken and written). • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • EU citizenship or a residence card with full market access. • Ability to relocate to Greece if outside the country (relocation support provided by the hiring company)
