client's team for the sportswear project and support one of the worlds
leading brands!
Work remotely from anywhere in Bulgaria OR in a hybrid mode in Sofia.
• Start Date: January 6, 2025
• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotational shifts (10:00 AM 7:00 PM or 1:00 PM 10:00 PM)
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, and product information.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of of the client's sportswear products and services to provide accurate assistance.
• Follow company protocols and guidelines for customer interactions and escalations.
• Document customer interactions and updates in the system accurately.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service.
• Stay updated on company policies, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
• Fluency in German (B2 and higher, written and spoken) and English B2+ (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a rotational shift schedule.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service tools.
• Local residency in Bulgaria is mandatory.
