We are seeking a dedicated Order Support Specialist for Polish Market to join our client's Retail Back-Office Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in handling escalations from customer-facing colleagues, ensuring swift and effective resolution of issues related to the fulfillment of online orders. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, this opportunity is perfect for you! The work mode is hybrid for this project, with onsite component in Lisbon (Portugal). Key Responsibilities: - Customer Issue Resolution: Handle escalations and complex issues from order induction to delivery, ensuring timely and effective solutions. - Liaison and Communication: Work closely with partners to resolve issues, removing the customer from the loop for a seamless experience. Communicate resolutions and updates via phone and email. - Record-Keeping: Perform detailed tasks in SAP, adhering to protocols with utmost accuracy. - Investigation and Decision-Making: Conduct thorough investigations that impact customer and partner relations, always aiming for quick customer satisfaction. - Process Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of web purchases, from handling changes to completing RMAs. Required Experience: - Language Proficiency: Flawless written and oral communication skills in Polish (C2) and proficiency in English (B2). - Residence permit for Portugal or a EU member state citizenship. - Attention to Detail: demonstrated ability to work with high accuracy, understanding the importance of small details. - Problem-Solving: Strong proactive problem-solving skills, focused on delivering customer-centric solutions. - Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision. - Customer Satisfaction: Experience in a back-office environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - KPI Focused: Interest in self and team performance metrics, with a positive attitude towards achieving goals. - Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP is advantageous, but training can be provided. - Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime occasionally, as this role is directly related to order volume. - Team Player: Thrive in a collaborative environment where teamwork and camaraderie are valued.
