Cross Border Talents is looking for Swedish speakers to join a great project in Portugal, for one of the most renowned tech brands! Location: Remote in Portugal Contract: Full-time, 12-month renewable Start Date: several start dates through June and July About the Brand: Join a global leader in technology and design a brand known for its innovation, sleek hardware, and exceptional customer experience. You'll be supporting users of its e-commerce platform through every step of their order journey. Your Role: As a Swedish-speaking E-commerce Support Specialist, you will help customers with everything from order tracking and returns to payment queries, ensuring a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. Your main tasks: • Handle inquiries related to online orders: delivery, returns, refunds, and payment issues. • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat. • Ensure data security in compliance with GDPR and PCI standards. • Escalate complex cases and follow internal procedures. • Collaborate with logistics and financial teams. You bring: • C2-level Swedish and higher and fluent English (C1). • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Detail-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude. • Ability to work in rotating shifts (07:00-24:00, Mon-Sun). • Prior experience in customer support or back-office is a plus. • EU member state ID or a valid residence card for Portugal
