Cross Border Talents is hiring German speakers anywhere in Bulgaria (C1 and higher, spoken and written) for our client running a project for a German HR IT company specializing in software solutions for automated HR services . Their main customers are based in Germany , and they provide technical customer support to assist users with troubleshooting and log-in issues on the software platform. Location : Work from Anywhere in Bulgaria (Remote) Start Date : By 31st March 2025 Working Hours : 08:00 - 21:00, Monday to Friday (Rotational shifts) Training : 6 weeks (2 weeks product training + 4 weeks shadowing) Full-time work, 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. Weekends fixed off! Your Responsibilities • Provide technical customer support in German and English via phone and email • Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving log-in issues on HR software • Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure a positive client experience • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical cases Your Profile - Fluent in German (C1+) and English (B2+) - Currently located in Bulgaria (no relocation is provided) - Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus - Strong problem-solving and communication skills - Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively - Residence card in Bulgaria OR a EU member state passport Interested?
