REMOTE GERMAN-SPEAKING CUSTOMER CARE (RENTAL CARS)

Are you fluent in German and passionate about customer service? Join a well-known Rental Car Company project as a Customer Service Representative and assist customers with their inquiries in a dynamic and rewarding environment! Location: Remote from mainland Portugal Start Date: May 15, 2025 Contract Type: Permanent (3-month trial period) Responsibilities: - Assist customers via phone, email, and chat regarding rental services - Resolve inquiries related to reservations, billing, and policies - Provide outstanding customer support and ensure customer satisfaction - Work in a rotational shift schedule (including weekends) Working Hours : 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, following rotational shift pattern distributed in the following hours: - Monday to Friday: rotational shifts between 07:00 AM 08:00 PM - Saturday: 08:00 AM 04:00 PM - Sunday: 08:00 AM 05:00 PM - Two rotational days off per week Required Documents: - EU ID or Residence Card for Portugal - Manifestação de Interesse / Expression of Interest - Job-seeking visa Requirements: - Fluency in German (C2 level or above), written and spoken - Good command of English (B2 level or above), written and spoken - Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries efficiently - Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly - Availability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays - Must be based in mainland Portugal-anywhere apart from Lisbon Metropolital area (no relocation assistance is provided for this role; if you need relocation, please apply and mention it separately and we will be able to offer you a different role with relocation help :) If you're ready to take on this exciting opportunity, apply today by sending your up-to-date CV in English!
