Location: Athens, Greece (On-site / Remote options available after initial period)
Remote for the candidates already residing in Greece
Start Date: 22 May 2026
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (40h/week)
About the Role
Join a global digital travel and accommodation support environment where you will assist French-speaking customers with bookings, account queries, and service-related requests. This role is ideal for candidates currently based outside Greece who are seeking an international relocation opportunity in a dynamic customer service setting.
You will be supporting users of a major global online travel platform known for its booking and accommodation services.
Key Responsibilities
•
Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email in French and English
•
Assist with booking management, cancellations, and general account inquiries
•
Deliver high-quality service aligned with company policies and procedures
•
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive user experience
•
Work with internal tools and systems to manage requests
•
Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions
Requirements
•
Fluent French (C1/C2 or near-native level)
•
Good English level (B2+)
•
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
•
Ability to work rotating shifts (08:00–24:00, Monday–Sunday)
•
EU citizenship or valid residence card with full market access
•
Willingness to relocate to Athens (or already based in Greece)

€1,200 gross monthly salary
