Key Responsibilities • Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels • Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements • Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage • Maintain consistent communication with candidates and clients • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing needs This is a fully remote and flexible opportunity, allowing you to manage your workload independently.
