In this role, you will identify suitable candidates, understand role requirements, and contribute to a smooth and professional hiring process. Responsibilities • Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels • Collaborate with the team lead to understand role requirements • Create job advertisements and perform sourcing activities • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates Enjoy a flexible remote setup, allowing you to manage your own schedule and workload.
