Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' issues.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by following up on requests.
• Work closely with the team to ensure high-quality support .
• Manage customer data and records in the system.
Requirements:
• Fluent Danish (written and spoken) & good English communication skills.
• EU citizenship OR valid work permit (full-purpose, specific-purpose, or refugee protection certificate).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills .
• No previous experience needed – entry-level role.
