Key Responsibilities • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. • Provide accurate information about products and services while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. • Assist customers with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and technical support. • Escalate complex cases to relevant departments as needed. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. • Strive to exceed customer expectations and meet performance metrics. Qualifications & Skills • Language Skills: Native or fluent in French; proficient in English (B2 or higher). • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • A positive and empathetic attitude with a customer-first mindset. • Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service tools is a plus. • No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
