About the Role We are looking for a German-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our team in Sofia. In this role, you will focus on generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline in a fast-paced international environment. Key Responsibilities • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach • Conduct cold calling and engage with potential customers • Qualify leads and support the sales pipeline • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Work towards individual and team sales targets • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales performance Requirements • German and English (minimum B2 level) • Minimum 2 years of cold calling or outbound sales experience • Experience in tech or digital advertising is an advantage • Strong communication and persuasion skills • Proven ability to handle objections and convert leads into opportunities • Goal-oriented mindset with experience in meeting or exceeding targets • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote-friendly environment • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies What We Offer • Competitive salary package • Remote working model • Performance-based incentives • International work environment • Career development opportunities • Structured onboarding and training Application Interested?
