Location: Athens, Greece | Remote from Greece only
About the Role
On behalf of a leading international BPO based in Athens, we are looking for German-speaking Customer Advisors to handle inbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat. Both on-site and remote options are available depending on your profile.
Your Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries in German across phone, email, and chat
• Resolve issues efficiently and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Log interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Meet agreed KPIs (CSAT, response time, resolution rate)
Your Profile
• German C1/C2 native or near-native — mandatory
• English B2 minimum
• For remote: stable connection and quiet working space
