French Speaking Customer Service Representative
Location: Portugal (Braga / Lisbon)
Starting Date: January 2026
Work Model: Remote or On-site (Portugal-based)
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international support team in Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support while representing a well-known global brand.
You will work in a structured environment with full training provided, making this role suitable both for experienced agents and candidates looking to grow their customer service career.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
(Rotational shifts)
Days off: Saturday & Sunday
Qualifications:
•
Fluent in French and proficient in English
•
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
•
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
•
Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
