Job description

Location: Midwest (Remote) - IL, TN, KS Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain strong relationships with IMC and BCO customers. - Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across key lanes. - Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to deliver competitive solutions. - Represent BoxLinks at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings. - Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to our long-term growth strategy. Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in intermodal, logistics, or freight sales (IMC/BCO focus preferred). - Strong understanding of rail, ocean carrier, and trucking operations. - Proven track record in customer acquisition and account management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. ** Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives. ** Nationwide and cross-border service coverage (U.S., Canada, Mexico).
