SENIOR UXUI

Responsibilities: • Conceptualize and design digital products by employing a right mix of human-centred design processes and tools (e.g. mental models, user journeys, site maps, wire frames, task flows, user interface specifications, prototypes, and mockups) to foster intuitive user experiences across the product. • Establish product design and framework to ensure consistency across all user interfaces. • Employ suitable color schemes and layouts for each graphic. • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and assess user requirements. • Strategically devise new features and functionalities based on user stories and behaviors. • Conduct thorough testing of graphics across diverse media and platforms. • Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, implementing layout adjustments based on user feedback, including responsiveness. Requirements: • Bachelor or Master degree in Art/Design, or equivalent professional experience. • Minimum of 5 years in human-centered design, and professional user experience/product design experience. • Strong UI and UX design ability. • Profound understanding of graphics and web design trends. • Prior experience in product development is preferred. • Eagerness to enhance expertise in UX and UI Design. • Impressive portfolio showcasing illustrations or other graphics. • Fluent English communication capability is a plus. • Regional design project experience is a plus. • Experience on branding design is a plus. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
