Customer Service Specialist (Dutch-speaking) Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (On-site Hybrid after 2 months) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:30 – 18:00 Contract: Full-time About the Role Join a stable customer service project supporting the Dutch market, working with inquiries related to healthcare and social support systems in the Netherlands. This role offers a structured weekday schedule and the opportunity to move into a hybrid setup after onboarding. What You'll Do • Provide phone support to Dutch-speaking customers • Handle inquiries related to social support and long-term care regulations (CAK) • Assist with topics such as payments, administration, and account changes • Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions • Deliver high-quality and compliant customer service What We're Looking For • Near-native Dutch (no Flemish accent) • B2 level English • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Comfortable handling phone-based support • Customer-oriented and detail-focused What's in It for You • Salary: €2,045 gross/month • Performance Bonus: €100/month • Welcome Bonus: €800 • Stable Monday–Friday schedule Training • 1–2 weeks training (depending on group progress) Important Notes • Initial on-site period required • Hybrid option available after probation/performance review Interested?
