Customer Service Specialist (Polish-speaking)
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
Start Date: 30 April 2026
Schedule: Rotational shifts (Mon–Sun)

08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00
•
2 rotational days off
Contract: Full-time

What You'll Do

Support customers via phone, email, or chat

Handle inquiries related to e-commerce products and services

Provide efficient and customer-focused solutions

Maintain accurate records in internal systems
•
Manage high contact volumes during peak periods
What We're Looking For

C1+ Polish + good English level
•
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
•
Interest or experience in e-commerce
•
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
