We are currently hiring Italian-speaking professionals for multiple projects within a leading international BPO company in Lisbon. These opportunities cover industries such as Social Media, Healthcare, Travel, Hospitality and Customer Experience. COMPENSATION & RELOCATION PACKAGE Average gross monthly package: €1,350 OR €1,050 gross monthly package + accommodation package For candidates relocating from outside the Lisbon area, company accommodation is available (Private room in a shared apartment, utilities included). START DATES • 22 June 2026 – 15 July 2026 Several projects are available, and candidates will be matched according to their experience, skills and business needs. AVAILABLE AREAS Customer Support, Content Moderation, Digital Operations, Payments & Order Support, Social Media Operations, Travel & Hospitality Services ADDITIONAL BENEFITS Paid training Private health insurance Holiday and Christmas bonuses International work environment Employee discounts and company perks Career growth opportunities WHAT YOU'LL DO Depending on the project, responsibilities may include: Supporting customers via phone, email and chat Resolving account, payment, order and service-related queries Reviewing and moderating online content according to platform policies Managing reservations and customer requests Processing documentation and operational tasks Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex cases Delivering high-quality customer experiences REQUIREMENTS Fluent Italian (C1-C2) Good command of English (B2+) Strong communication skills Customer-oriented mindset Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, content moderation, sales or operations is a plus Ability to work in a multicultural environment Flexibility to work rotational schedules when required
