Sales Agent (Dutch-speaking) Location: Berlin, Germany (On-site) Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full-time About the Role Join a fast-growing international sales project in Berlin, working with the Dutch market. This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for sales and digital marketing, looking to grow in a performance-driven environment. What You'll Do • Engage with Dutch-speaking clients and identify sales opportunities • Promote digital marketing and advertising solutions • Manage client relationships and support account growth • Achieve sales targets and KPIs • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems What We're Looking For • C1 Dutch + B2 English • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (marketing experience is a plus) • Strong communication and persuasion skills • Target-driven and motivated mindset What's in It for You • Base Salary: €2,750 gross/month • Performance Bonus: up to €687.50/month • Language Bonus: €300/month • International work environment in Berlin • Career growth opportunities in sales Important Notes • Only candidates already based in Berlin will be considered • On-site role only • Project details will be shared during the interview process Interested?
