Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Fully Remote Salary: Salary to be discussed by Bryant Staffing Solutions Recruiter Visa Support: No Visa Sponsorship Available Our partner Bryant Staffing Solutions is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy services in a fully remote capacity. This role focuses on supporting children with autism and their families through individualized treatment plans while working within a collaborative, family-centered care model. The organization prioritizes allowing clinicians to focus on client care by providing strong operational, administrative, and clinical support systems. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans • Oversee and guide implementation of ABA therapy programs • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed • Complete clinical documentation in compliance with quality standards • Collaborate with families and care teams to support treatment goals • Provide supervision and clinical direction to behavior technicians • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities Support Structure Includes: • Dedicated scheduling team to manage client appointments • Clinical quality support for documentation and reporting • Billing team to handle claims and reimbursement processes • Administrative and operational support staff • Recruiting and training team for onboarding behavior technicians • Structured career development pathways for support staff Required Qualifications: • Active BCBA certification • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field • 2+ years of relevant experience in ABA therapy • Strong understanding of evidence-based ABA practices • Ability to work independently in a remote setting Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly children with autism • Prior experience supervising behavior technicians • Strong communication and family engagement skills Key Skills Required: • Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) expertise • Clinical assessment and treatment planning • Remote collaboration and communication • Documentation and compliance • Team leadership and supervision Why This Role? • Fully remote work environment offering flexibility and work-life balance • Strong administrative and clinical infrastructure to reduce non-clinical workload • Opportunities for professional growth, research participation, and continuing education • Access to comprehensive benefits and employee support programs
