Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and support our Data Governance and Quality initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management practices, with proven experience in designing and implementing governance frameworks that ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement data governance frameworks and policies to ensure data integrity, quality, and security.
• Conduct regular data quality assessments and audits to identify and rectify data issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data governance standards are met across the organization.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on data governance and quality best practices.
• Monitor data usage and compliance with data governance policies.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to data governance and quality processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data governance and data quality management, preferably in the banking sector.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing data governance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in data governance or data quality management is a plus.
