We have a role for the Salesforce OMS Role. We have 1 Position for Lead and 1 for Senior SF role. Experience - 7 years Location - Remote Requirement 1: JD lead for Salesforce OMS Lead: Resourcing Request Template Title/Role Salesforce OMS Lead PCC Technology: Salesforce Primary Skillset & Secondary Skillset Primary Skills: SF OMS, Salesforce Platform features (Configuration and Programming), i.e. Automations, Validation tools, Record Sharing & Security, Integration etc Secondary Skills: Java, Salesforce CLI (VS Code) Nice to have: Knowledge on SFCC Project Details/JD • Should have at least 7+ experience in SF domain lead solution design and architecture • Ability to navigate and negotiate through complex & difficult to deal with requirements and manage scope • Expert at advising and Implementing performance and security guidelines / improvements • Influence technology and design decisions at org level and with customers. • Architect Solution performance that satisfies and plan for scale, security, high availability and flexibility. • Understand complete business of the customer and ensure great customer experience. • Be proactive in highlighting risks and escalation management. • Manage / Mentor people to ensure successful delivery and career growth. • Co-ordinate with other project streams and peers like Test Leads, DevOps, Tech Specialist and ensure overall success of the project. • Manage expectations from client as well as team members Working Time of the resource General with support till 12 PM EST
