SAP EWM TECHNICAL CONSULTANT ( REMOTE)

Job Title: SAP EWM Technical Consultant Location: Remote Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP EWM Technical Consultant with deep expertise in ABAP development, RF programming, and EWM technical architecture. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SAP S/4HANA (preferred) or ECC, and a proven track record of delivering end-to end EWM technical solutions. This role involves offshore service delivery, custom development, and active collaboration with cross-functional global teams. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Key Responsibilities: Lead or support SAP EWM implementation and support projects Deliver services from offshore, ensuring high-quality technical solutions Translate business requirements into technical specifications Design, develop, and maintain SAP EWM custom functionalities using ABAP Work extensively on RF framework customizations and enhancements Develop and implement BADIs, user exits, and enhancement spots Support integration with other SAP modules and external systems Create technical documentation and support training initiatives Mentor and guide junior developers on best practices Required Experience & Skills: Minimum 7 years of overall SAP experience, with at least 4 years in SAP EWM (technical focus) Proven expertise in ABAP including reports, forms, BDC, ALV, enhancements, and debugging Hands-on experience with RF Programming and RF device configuration Strong knowledge of SAP EWM processes: inbound/outbound, warehouse structure, inventory, internal movements, and monitoring Experience with BADI implementations, ALE/IDoc, and EWM enhancements Familiarity with EWM mobile solutions and the RFUI framework At least 12 full lifecycle EWM implementations Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team Strong problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations or greenfield implementations SAP EWM Certification (preferred, not mandatory) Exposure to Agile methodologies and development tools Desired Attributes: Proactive and self-driven with a can-do attitude Excellent English communication (verbal & written) Collaborative mindset for working with global teams across time zones Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies
