Job description

for our client Infineon I am currently searching for an expert in ServiceNow HRSD (m/f/d).In the following you will find a short project description. Details: Start: January 2025 Language: English Location: Remote + Neubiberg Workload: fulltime • Task and Requirments: • Aligning business requirements with HR processes and translating them into IT development stories with Jira • Coordinating with HR stakeholders to understand their needs and ensuring these are accurately reflected in the development work • Manage the implementation of these requirements withing the ServiceNow HRSD (Hurman Ressources Service Delivery) module • Steering external developers and guiding them through agile development cycles on a bi-weekly basis Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and document business requirements • Conduct detailed analysis of HR processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvment • Translate business requirements into detailed IT development stories using Jira • Ensure comprehensive and clear documentation of requirements to facilitate smooth development ServiceNow HRSD implementation: • Oversee the implemenation of HR requirements within the ServiceNow HRSD module • Coordinating with ServiceNow developers to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solution • Conduct regular testing and validation of the ServiceNow HRSD configurations to ensure they meet business requirements • Agile Development Management: • Manager and steer external developers through agile development cycles • Facilitate bi-weekly sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings • Ensure that development work is progressing according to schedule and within scope • Provide guidance and support to developers to resolve any issues or roadblocks Performance Measurement: • Measure success through the effective implementation of IT development stories • Focus on enhancements that increase HR efficiency and customer centricity • Track and report on the impact of implemented solutions on HR process improvments
