Role : Part-time Timings: Flexible Job Description: Deltacubes Pvt Ltd is seeking a talented Workday HCM Freelancer to join our team in Hyderabad( Remote ). As a Freelance Workday HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the Talent and Recruiting modules of Workday HCM for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and customize the Talent and Recruiting modules of Workday HCM to meet the specific needs of our clients. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday HCM. Requirements: - Minimum of 9 years of experience working with Workday HCM, specifically with the Talent and Recruiting modules. - Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. - Experience with configuring and customizing Workday HCM. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
