Junior Sales Manager / Account Manager Europe Your Mission: As Sales Manager Europe , you are responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to increase sales within Europe, both with existing customers and new relationships. The focus is on end users , where you act as a supplier of complete sorting solutions , and on integrators , where you serve as a partner for control systems . Through direct contact with customers, you play a central role in identifying new opportunities and developments . You translate these customer needs, in collaboration with the sales engineers, into concrete solutions that meet their requirements. Your Profile: Has several years of work experience and is committed to professional development . Driven by commercial success and focused on achieving results . Capable of effectively translating customer needs into specific solutions in collaboration with the solution design team. Demonstrates entrepreneurship and enjoys pioneering in new areas or markets . Flexible and willing to travel regularly for work. 1 to 3 years of experience in a commercial B2B field sales role . Proficiency in at least one, preferably two, foreign languages . Completed a higher vocational education (HBO+) or equivalent in a technical or business-related field , with a strong affinity for technology and business processes .
