Job description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Account Manager with a strong background in analytics and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of performance metrics and a passion for analyzing data to identify why certain partners perform well or poorly, and how to improve outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
• Continuously monitor and analyze performance data (e.g., win rates, bid rates, CPM, and other key metrics) to assess and improve partner performance;
• Develop and implement optimization strategies to enhance partner accounts and maximize results;
• Provide regular reports with actionable insights and clear recommendations for improvements;
• Ensure partners accounts are consistently growing by identifying opportunities for optimization and recommending the right changes;
• Collaborate closely with partners, maintain strong communication, and provide support to help them achieve their goals;
• Be proactive in identifying trends and addressing any issues that might affect account performance.
Your Background :
• 2+ years in programmatic advertising, preferably in a similar role, with a deep understanding of DSPs, SSPs, and ad exchanges;
• Proficiency with programmatic platforms ( DSP / SSP ) and knowledge of OpenRTB, VAST, VPAID, and Prebid .js technologies;
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills to ensure client satisfaction and manage expectations effectively;
• Up-to-date knowledge of advertising technologies and trends in programmatic buying and selling, with the ability to offer strategic recommendations;
• Strong problem-solving skills to address technical issues and optimize trading;
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with performance data and reporting tools;
• Ability to interpret and work with key performance metrics like win rates, bid rates, CPM, etc;
• Detail-oriented, with a high level of patience, accuracy, and a focus on the smallest details;
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility;
• English level: Upper-intermediate or Advanced.
