Operations Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations & Business Development Manager to oversee the daily operations of our recruitment business while driving client acquisition and managing end-to-end talent acquisition activities. This hybrid leadership role combines operational excellence, business development, and hands-on recruitment to support the company's growth objectives and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Implement and improve operational processes and workflows.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Business Development
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
• Support marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
Talent Acquisition
• Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, recruitment, business development, or a related function.
• Previous experience within a staffing or recruitment agency is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ATS and CRM platforms.
