Sales Executive (US/Caribbean IT Staffing) ~ REMOTE Note: This is for US/Caribbean IT /Software Staffing Business Development / Sales Executive Position. Apply ONLY if you have experience in IT Staffing and Business Development with US customers Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, passionate Sales Executives (US Staffing) to work with us in the IT Staffing & Consulting domain. Ideal candidate should be a dynamic self-starter, who love to hunt and acquire new customers and help grow our current US and Caribbean customer base . Able to generate leads & close sales through cold calls and e-mails for new business development. Basic Qualifications: • Education Qualification: Bachelors / Masters Degree • Experience 1 to 3 years of US Sales experience, preferably from US Staffing domain • Sales Training (is a plus) Responsibilities and Duties • Strong End to End sales experience into Sales Strategy, Branding, Budgeting etc., for IT Services and products. • Accountable for generating the sales revenues and achieving the Target • Very good exposure in Sales Automation, Social Media Sales, Inbound Lead Generation, B2B Sales, Sales Strategy, Email Marketing, Sales Analytics, Content Development, Collateral Production etc. • Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing software solutions/staffing services • Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle • Provide a consultative solution, and sales process to prospects • Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentations • Track customer information, forecasts and reports • Develop and maintain prospect and customer lists based on strategic sales data and other sources for sales leads in our CRM system • Must be a self-starter, have the ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team • Managing long-term alliances • Ability to suggest sales ideas based on analysed data. • Experience in BTL, including direct mailers, newsletters, promotions • Experience in managing agencies, call centres • Good communication skills with capabilities to design and carry out sales communication activities • Ability to carry out independent research to identify market segments, study them and identify customers in the segment for sales • Ready to sign non-competency agreement Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications • Bring strong set of customer accounts that can be immediately contracted with and staffed • 1 to 3 yrs of Business Development experience in hunting and acquiring new customers in US/Caribbean IT/Software staffing business • Experience managing customer accounts, contracts and recruiters • Experience working with customers in the US • Skilled in verbal, written and oral communication • Strong team player with a great attitude • Flexibility and willingness to go beyond the call of duty (a go getter) • Ability to take ownership and drive issues to closure Working hours • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM GMT -5 Working location (If you are in Kingston/Jamaica): Hybrid (Remote and In Office) If you are not in Kingston/Jamaica: Remote Benefits • Training • Mentoring/Coaching • Work from Home • Best Incentives/Commissions • Global Travel to US, Caribbean countries etc.
