We are innovators at heart. Our team blends craftsmanship, modern technology, and a commitment to shaping the legacy of the communities we serve. As we continue expanding in the U.S., were looking for a driven Territory Sales Representative to grow our footprint throughout the Northeast.
About the Role
Were seeking a motivated, relationship-focused sales professional based in New Jersey to expand our client base across NJ, PA, WI, and NY . In this role, you will:
• Prospect, cold call, and build a robust pipeline of new business
• Meet with clients on-site to understand their development projects
• Present our construction solutions, columbarium products, and bronze accessories
• Travel 4050% of the time to customer locations, industry events, and site visits
• Maintain and grow long-term client relationships
• Serve as the face of CMC communicating our innovation, quality, and reputation for excellence
This is a role for a self-starter who loves autonomy, closing deals, and shaping long-term partnerships.
What Youll Do
• Generate new leads through prospecting, networking, and market research
• Conduct in-person meetings and deliver compelling sales presentations
• Demonstrate products using visuals, samples, and technical explanations
• Manage a long-cycle B2B sales process and consistently achieve targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reports
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless customer onboarding and support
• Attend trade shows and industry events to expand your network
• Refer mausoleum project opportunities to the construction team
What You Bring
• Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• (OR minor + 5+ years of relevant sales experience)
• 3+ years of proven B2B outside sales experience
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage long sales cycles and close high-value deals
• Tech-savvy with CRM and Microsoft Office skills
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel 4050%
• Professionalism and sensitivity to the funeral industry
• Experience in construction or a related field is an asset
