Location: Remote Type: Full-time About Quoroom Quoroom is a fast-growing UK-based investment tech company on a mission to simplify fundraising and equity management for startups, scale-ups, and venture capital firms. Our platform helps businesses manage cap tables, investor relations, secondary transfers, and compliancemaking investment processes more transparent and efficient. What You'll Do: As our SDR, youll play a critical role in building Quorooms sales pipeline by identifying and engaging potential customers across Europe and beyond. • Research and identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) including startup founders, CFOs, and VC firms • Generate and qualify outbound leads via LinkedIn, email, and other channels • Manage and nurture inbound leads, booking discovery calls for our Account Executives • Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize outreach campaigns • Continuously test and refine messaging to improve conversion rates What We're Looking For: • 1-2+ years of experience in lead generation or SDR/BDR roles in a SaaS or B2B environment • Excellent written and spoken English • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) • Understanding of the startup or venture capital ecosystem is a plus • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to hit and exceed targets • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to work in a fast-paced, international environment What We Offer: • Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses • Flexible remote work setup • Opportunity to grow quickly into AE or customer success roles • Direct impact in a high-growth SaaS company, reshaping private markets • Supportive, innovative, and international team culture
