Its core offering centers on intelligent, user-centric mobile apps powered by self-developed AI algorithms and big data analytics that deliver personalized, efficient, and scalable services. With over a decade of experience in this space, it has built a robust product matrix, an ecosystem of hundreds of millions of active users, and a mature tech system (including adaptive learning algorithms and real-time data analysis) to ensure service quality and user retention. Now accelerating its global expansion, the company is seeking a seasoned User Acquisition Manager to lead performance marketing efforts and drive global user growth. Responsibilities • Lead and manage large-scale user acquisition (UA) performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, Applovin, and other ad networks, leveraging data-driven decision-making to maximize user acquisition efficiency. • Optimize UA campaign performance end-to-end, including budget allocation, channel selection, and audience refinement, to consistently improve cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and user quality. • Define clear user acquisition strategies aligned with global growth objectives, ensuring UA initiatives directly contribute to scalable user growth. • Collaborate with product and data teams to align UA strategies with business goals, while building and optimizing advanced campaign structures, audience targeting, and automation workflows for UA performance • Partner with creative and design teams: deliver UA-focused KPI insights to inspire high-impact creative concepts, and test new creative angles to drive continuous improvement in user acquisition conversion rates • Own UA-specific marketing analytics pipelines: ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and interpretation of campaign data to measure UA effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities. Requirements • 3+ years in digital marketing roles, with minimum 2 years specializing in AI-driven mobile app. • Preference for candidates with relevant work experience at an innovative global powerhouse that develops and scales AI-powered mobile apps across creativity, productivity, and entertainment. • Demonstrated success scaling UA campaigns across EU/US-focused global markets , including delivering products to top rankings in major app stores. • Hands-on expertise in performance channels: Google UAC/search, Facebook app/web ads, and TikTok app ads with social viral spread integration ; experience pivoting channel strategies for product reinvention. • Mastery of mobile attribution tools (Firebase, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics), with a focus on analyzing large volumes of download and product data. • Advanced Excel skills and ability to interpret complex datasets, particularly for subscription-based monetization ROI optimization. • Experience owning and optimizing large-scale budgets tied to measurable growth is preferred. • Strong project management skills and proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in multinational European teams.
