As they expand their footprint in Southeast Asia, they are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join their international team.

Responsibilities
• Market Development: Identify and capture new business opportunities for automated storage solutions across Thailand.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong partnerships with local logistics providers, manufacturing plants, and e-commerce hubs.
• Sales Execution: Implement localized sales strategies to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets.
• Technical Consultation: Work closely with our technical team to deliver customized warehouse automation solutions to clients.
• Cross-border Coordination: Act as the key bridge between the Thai market and our regional headquarters.
Requirements
• Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in Thai is required; professional fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is highly preferred for effective daily communication with our headquarters.
• Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience in the Thailand market.
• Industry Background: Prior experience in Storage Equipment, Racking Systems, Intralogistics, or Industrial Automation is a significant advantage.
• Core Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, self-motivated, and an existing network within the local industrial or logistics sector.
