SITE MANAGER – WAREHOUSE RACKING SYSTEMS (BILINGUAL: CHINESE & THAI)

With over 20 years of expertise in automated warehousing technology, they provide cutting-edge intralogistics solutions to global industry giants. As they expand their footprint in Southeast Asia, they are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Site Manager to oversee the on-site installation and commissioning of automated racking systems and ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems) for our clients in Thailand. Responsibilities • Execution Leadership: Direct all on-site activities, ensuring high-density racking and automation components are installed precisely according to technical specifications and safety standards. • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and engineers to ensure seamless project delivery. • Project Oversight: Manage timelines, resource allocation, and onsite coordination, proactively resolving bottlenecks to keep the project on track. • Safety and Quality First: Enforce rigorous HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols and perform final quality inspections before system handover. Requirements • Language Proficienc y: Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and Thai to bridge communication between headquarters, local teams, and subcontractors. Proficiency in English is a significant advantage. • Experience : At least 1+ year of experience in site management or project engineering, specifically within industrial construction, logistics automation, or steel structure installation. • Problem Solver : Proven ability to manage complex on-site logistics and lead diverse technical teams under tight deadlines. • Qualifications : A degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
