Job description

Position: Sales Representative Number of hours: 10 hours/week Schedule: Between 10:00 AM 5:00 PM EST Overview: We are looking for a confident, coachable, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Cybersecurity industry . This role is part-time and focused on identifying prospects in the education, healthcare, and institutional sectors , educating them about cybersecurity solutions, and closing sales from provided lead data . Key Responsibilities: • Sell products and close deals using provided lead data. • Call prospects and send targeted email blasts to initiate conversations and promote products. • Educate leads on product features, benefits, and best practices tailored to schools, universities, and hospitals . • Qualify leads, understand their needs, and match them to the most suitable products or services. • Handle inbound and outbound communications, answer inquiries, and schedule or reschedule appointments as needed. • Close deals from provided leads and maintain a detailed record of interactions in CRM systems. • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer pain points and feedback. • Generate additional leads through outreach and light research (optional but a plus). • Meet or exceed sales goals and participate in coaching sessions for continued growth. Qualifications: • Experience or comfort in selling to decision-makers in the education and healthcare sectors is a PLUS . • Proven sales experience; a background in Cybersecurity is a MUST. • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills in both speaking and writing. • Proficient in using CRM systems, email platforms, and phone tools. • Excellent persuasion and closing skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse prospects. • Highly organized and able to work independently. • Coachable, eager to learn, and open to feedback. Additional: This role includes commission-based incentives for each closed deal.
