About the Job:
We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to join our client's Managed Services team and lead the delivery of Salesforce solutions that drive operational efficiency and business transformation. In this role, you will oversee Salesforce implementation and support projects, guide technical teams, and work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver scalable solutions. You will also manage project execution, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality service delivery while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and managed services engagements.
• Analyze client requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership for Salesforce Lightning, Service Cloud, and related platform capabilities.
• Manage project planning, execution, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Oversee system integration activities involving Salesforce and enterprise applications.
• Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and support materials.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance technical skills and project delivery capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Drive innovation by leveraging emerging technologies and Salesforce best practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of solid experience in Salesforce consulting, implementation, or managed services.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience leading Salesforce projects, including solution design, architecture, and delivery.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required; additional Salesforce certifications are highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on business process improvement.
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Knowledge of enterprise application integration and Salesforce best practices is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
• Can start immediately, if possible.
