BUSINESS PARTNER - FULL STACK SOFTWARE ENGINEER (EQUITY POSITION)

Role & Responsibilities: • Product Development: Lead the full-stack software engineering efforts, designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable and secure applications. • Collaboration: Work closely with other business partners and team members to develop product features and define the technology roadmap. • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance on architecture decisions, coding best practices, and ensure high code quality across the team. • Business Strategy: Contribute to business decision-making, including but not limited to product direction, marketing, and operational strategies. • Ownership: Take on a key role in driving the company's success through both technical execution and business growth. • Mentorship: Guide and support junior developers and engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and suggest improvements to enhance our product and services. Skills & Qualifications: • Experience: Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong portfolio of projects in web and/or mobile development. • Technical Skills: • Front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Vue.js, Angular, or similar frameworks). • Back-end technologies: Node.js, Python, Ruby, or similar. • Database systems: SQL, NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) and version control (Git). • Knowledge of APIs, RESTful services, and microservices architecture. • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-motivated, results-driven individual with an interest in contributing to the growth and success of a startup. • Problem Solver: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to find innovative solutions to complex challenges. • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders. • Team Player: Ability to collaborate in a remote, fast-paced environment, while taking ownership of projects and deliverables.
