Part-Time Content Coordinator (Transitioning to Full-Time within 3 Months) About the Client Our client is a well-established national travel agency in Australia, seeking a skilled Part-Time Content Coordinator to support their marketing initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and passionate team in the travel industry. Role Overview The Content Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Manager to create, manage, and publish engaging content across multiple platforms. This includes social media channels, EDMs, blog posts, and website content. The role requires creativity, strong digital marketing knowledge, and proficiency in essential tools. Key Responsibilities Develop, edit, and publish content across Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn Coordinate and design EDM campaigns via Mailchimp Write and upload blog posts and website content through WordPress Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure brand consistency Create content using Canva, Google Docs, and O365 Monitor performance of content and recommend improvements Qualifications & Skills Experience in a content coordination or similar marketing role (travel industry background preferred but not required) Proficiency in WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Docs, O365, and major social media platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Work Setup Part-Time, 20 hours per week Transitioning to Full-Time within 3 months based on performance Work schedule: 4 hours per day during Australian office hours 100% remote Why Join This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and creative professional who thrives in digital marketing and is passionate about the travel industry.
