The Role
Are you an energetic self-starter with a knack for identifying influencers and key decision-makers within accounts? We are seeking someone who can respond to targeted outbound prospects, build rapport, and establish long-term relationships.
As our Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the frontline voice of PromoGeneration's workforce solutions, targeting business-to-business (B2B) decision-makers who need reliable, scalable staffing support. You know how to open doors, build trust quickly, and position recruitment services as a strategic business solution rather than just a traditional vendor offering.
What You Will Own
• Prospect and engage Human Resources professionals and organizational leadership across target industries.
• Drive outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn using a tailored, strategic approach.
• Lead discovery calls, deliver presentations, and effectively negotiate and close new business contracts.
• Position PromoGeneration's recruitment and workforce solutions as a competitive advantage for prospective clients.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, tracking all activity, deal stages, and follow-ups cleanly in our CRM.
What You Must Bring
• Proven experience in a full-cycle sales, outbound sales, or business development role with a track record of closing deals.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage confidently with mid-to-senior level decision-makers.
• Resilience, high energy, and a results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
