Job description
Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Technical Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent for our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract top technical talent.
• Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' technical skills and qualifications.
• Interviewing: Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' abilities and fit for specific roles.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, provide insights on market trends, and collaborate on candidate selection.
• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals and timelines.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Technical Recruiter, with a proven track record of hiring technical professionals.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technical roles, skills, and terminology in areas such as software development, IT infrastructure, engineering, etc.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively screen, interview, and assess technical candidates. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
