INTERNATIONAL STUDENT RECRUITMENT ADVISOR

We are seeking a Recruitment Advisor to support international student recruitment efforts in Southeast Asia, with a primary focus on Vietnam. The role involves managing recruitment activities, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting client needs in the education sector. This position requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with at least three years of experience in student recruitment. Key Responsibilities: As a Recruitment Advisor, you will collaborate with the regional team to execute recruitment strategies in Southeast Asia. Key duties include: Cultivating relationships with recruitment agents through regular communication, visits, and support, including student interviews and engagement with agency staff. Coordinating recruitment events in Vietnam, such as interview programs and education fairs, and providing accurate guidance to prospective students and stakeholders. Supporting the planning and delivery of activities designed to increase student enrollments. Offering program counseling to students and families to assist with informed decision-making. Preparing monthly activity reports and updates on market trends and student data analysis. Contributing to social media and marketing efforts by suggesting content, and sharing relevant information with students, parents, and influencers. Distributing marketing materials and promotions. Conducting visits to school and institutional partners to build relationships and present application information.
