Job description

A successful candidates will be adaptable, have strong communication skills, and be able to apply logic and first principles to solve energy system and process configuration problems.
Key accountabilities will include:
• Integration of energy system modelling into the early phase project definition workflow.
• Identification and selection of appropriate energy system modelling techniques for the correct stage of projects.
• Development and management of project optimisation data.
• Development of automated tools for re-validation of previous models and tracking of variance of key criteria.
• Integration of engineering information into system level models to guide automation.
• A preliminary understanding of Carbon Accounting would be beneficial.
Qualifications and skills required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Process design experience
• Renewable energy system design experience
• Process improvement experience and skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Programming experience preferred
